Tom leads the Product team at Reactivate, a mission-driven renewable energy company that develops, owns, and operates distributed solar, storage and next generation projects to improve the lives of underserved communities across the country. Prior to Reactivate, Tom led policy and community solar efforts for GRID Alternatives, a 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on access to renewable energy and job training for underserved communities. Tom has previous professional experience in campaign organizing, the United States Congress, as well as tech and battery energy storage companies. Tom holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Energy and Environmental Policy & Management through Europe’s Erasmus Mundus program in Sweden and Hungary. Tom is based in Denver and enjoys gardening, skiing and sailing.
