Roger Freeman is an energy and environmental lawyer and advocate active in a variety of clean energy generation and transmission projects and groups throughout the Rocky Mountain West. In 2016, he left his 31- year practice at Davis Graham and Stubbs, which included extensive work in renewable energy sectors, to establish a solo practice focused solely on advancing renewable energy, recycling, sustainability and related efforts in Colorado and beyond. Mr. Freeman applies his diverse background in policy, law, and advocacy, and as a member of various environmental boards (including the Colorado Solar and Storage Industry Association board) to seek multi-faceted solutions to legal and policy issues on behalf of his clients.
